This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for AvatarReacts. By using AvatarReacts, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Overview

AvatarReacts generates AI avatars and reaction videos. Every generation consumes real AI compute resources that Daruma Ventures LLC pays for at the time of generation. Because of these costs, refunds are handled as described in this Policy.

2. Used Services

Fees for generations that have already been performed, including avatars generated and videos rendered, are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where Section 4 of this Policy applies.

3. Unused Services

If you have paid for services you have not yet used, such as the unused portion of a plan or unused credits, you may request a refund by contacting us. Daruma Ventures LLC may, at its sole discretion, refund up to 100% of unused amounts. Refund decisions consider factors such as account standing, usage history, and compliance with our policies.

4. Technical Failures

If a generation fails or produces no usable output due to a fault on our side, we will, at our option, re-run the generation, credit your account, or refund the amount attributable to the failed generation. Contact us with details of the failure.

5. Policy Violations

Refunds may be denied, even for unused amounts, if your account violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Custom Avatar Policy.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account as described in our Terms of Service. We encourage you to contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.

7. How to Request a Refund
